The health and lifestyle team are on hand to offer advice and support to help you live a healthier lifestyle. Just drop in, no need to book. Run by Medway Council's Health and Lifestyle team.
Third Thursday of the month, 1-3pm, Luton library
Road Directions
Approaching from Chatham/Rochester on A2 at Chatham Hill fork right at Luton Arches. Proceed along Luton Road to Christchurch for approximately one mile (1.61km). Turn left at village centre by Hen and Chickens pub. The library is situated immediately behind the pub.

From Chatham Waterfront bus station, take 113 or 114, from Lordswood, The Kestrel shopping centre, take 166.
The nearest bus stops are the Hen and Chicks and Upper Luton Road.
