Health Walks - Wednesdays - Gillingham

Reconnect with your 'Natural Health Service' and take part in one of Medway's Health Walks.

Everyone is welcome to discover the greenspaces in Gillingham on this hour long health walk. This walk is also suitable for people who have attended a cardiac rehabilitation class.

Walkers meet every Wednesday at 12 noon.
