Medway health walks
Reconnect with your ‘Natural Health Service’ and take a walk in one of Medway’s country parks or urban green spaces. The walks offer the change to improve your fitness levels and to socialise with others. The walks are open to all ages.

Road Directions
Strood library is situated off the A2, via Gun Lane. Turn into Bryant Road. The library is halfway up Bryant Road on the right-hand side. Street parking is usually available.

By bus - From Chatham Waterfront bus station, take 133, 136, 173, 197, Nu-Venture 140/141. From Hoo Marina, take 191.
The nearest bus stops are Matalan, St Nicholas' Church and the former site of the Civic Centre.
