Health Walks - Tuesdays - Riverside Country Park

Reconnect with your ‘Natural Health Service’ and take a walk in one of Medway’s country parks or urban green spaces. The walks offer the change to improve your fitness levels and to socialise with others. The walks are open to all ages.

Walkers meet at the visitor centre on Tuesday mornings at 10.15am. The walk lasts between an hour and an hour and a half. There is a cafe, toilets and it is wheel chair/buggy friendly.
