Reconnect with your ‘Natural Health Service’ and take a walk in one of Medway’s country parks or urban green spaces. The walks offer the change to improve your fitness levels and to socialise with others. The walks are open to all ages.
Cuxton library, Tuesdays, 10.30am for 10.45am start.
Road Directions
The library is on the drive of Cuxton Infants School. From the A228 at Cuxton by the petrol station, turn into Bush Road. The school drive is the fourth turning on the left.

From Chatham Waterfront bus station, take Nu-Venture 151. The nearest bus stop is The White Hart, Cuxton.
