Reconnect with your ‘Natural Health Service’ and take a walk in one of Medway’s country parks or urban green spaces. The walks offer the change to improve your fitness levels and to socialise with others. The walks are open to all ages.
Walkers meet at 9.15am on Thursdays outside Pump Lane Surgery. The walk lasts for around 45 minutes.
