Reconnect with your 'Natural Health Service' and take part on one of Medway's Health Walks.
Open to all, this walk is through the wooded lanes of Lordswood. Mainly flat with the occasional slight hill. Join us after for a cup of tea or coffee.
Walkers meet at 8.45am outside the school gate on Fridays and the walk lasts around 45 to 60 minutes.
