Health Walks - 1st Tuesday of Every Month - Twydalll

Reconnect with your 'Natural Health Service' and take part on one of Medway's Health Walks.

All are welcome but this walk is more suitable for those looking for a gentle stroll.

The walk starts at 9.15am on the first Tuesday or every month and leaves from Twydall Childrens Centre. The walk lasts around an hour and a half.
