Health Walks - 1st and 3rd Saturday in Every Month - Hempstead

Reconnect with your 'Natural Health Service' and take part on one of Medway's Health Walks.

A lovely walk around Medways pretty countryside. Walk through woodlands, leafy lanes and meadows. There is free tea and coffee served after the walk.

Walkers meet in the first and third Saturday of every month at Hempstead Library at 10.30am and the walk lasts around 90 minutes.
