Dance for Life: Adult Ballet

Adult Ballet will not only strengthen your physique and tone the muscles, but you will also learn a traditional technique. Loose comfortable clothing and either socks or soft soled shoes is all you need to enjoy this invigorating class in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Beginners welcome.
