Adult Zumba class at Cliffe Woods Community Centre

Try these easy-to-follow, calorie burning dance fitness Zumba classes. They are fun, exciting music and just like a party, where you and your friends can dance, socialize, and have fun all in one class while burning hundreds of calories. Classes start the week of 12 September 2011.

£5 a class
On the week of 12 September classes are two for one if you bring a friend.

Classes take place on Wednesdays, 8.30-9.20pm

These classes are for 16-year-olds and older. If you are under 16 and coming with a parent, please let us know.
