Adult Zumba class at Cliffe Memorial Hall

Try these easy-to-follow, calorie burning dance fitness Zumba classes. They are fun, exciting music and just like a party, where you and your friends can dance, socialize, and have fun all in one class while burning hundreds of calories. Classes start the week of 12 September 2011.

Wednesdays, from 9.30-10.20am

£5 a class
For the week of 12 September, the cost is two for one if you bring a friend.

These classes are for 16-year-olds and older. If you are under 16 and coming with a parent, please let us know.
