Active Medway - Cycling Group - Hoo - Sundays

This bike ride leaves from Hoo Leisure Centre car park on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month at 9.30am. The ride lasts around 45 minutes but can be altered to suit participants.

The aim of Active Medway Cylcle Groups is to help new cyclists become more confident and help people who have previously cycled get back on their bike. We have qualified friendly ride leaders that are here to help you.

Please bring all of the following to each cycle:
Road safe bicycle
Cycle helmet
Appropriate clothing for the weather conditions
A pump
Two Spare inner tubes to fit own wheels
Filled water bottle
Identification

If you would like your bike checked over we have four affiliated bike shops that would be happy to perform an 'M' check for you.
