New opening times for Medway Archives and Local Studies Centre (MALSC)

From 1 April the centre will be open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9am to 5pm, and Saturdays, 9am to 4pm.
MALSC is the place to visit for anyone interested in researching the history, geography and people of Medway. The centre houses special collections on Charles Dickens, Chatham Dockyard and Medway’s naval history.
Local and family historians, researchers, students and business users can use the public search room, where an extensive range of resources is available.
There are also more than 1,000 images of Medway available to view online at http://www.medway.gov.uk/medwayimages/
